11-Year-Old Boy Gets Lawsuit Filed Against Him For Reckless Disregard [VIDEO/POLL]

Fox News

Hey did y’all hear about the Little League baseball player Matthew Migliaccio who was warming up with a teammate when he overthrew the ball and hit an innocent bystander in the face?

Well, now a New Jersey woman Elizabeth Lloyd has filed a lawsuit and is seeking over $150,000 in damages and a little something extra for the “severe, painful and permanent” injuries from the unfortunate accident that happened two years ago. The 11-year-old was just doing what he was told, but Lloyd said his reckless disregard was intentional according to Fox News. Migliaccio has become an overnight celebrity because of this suit. Since then, he’s played for three different baseball teams!

Do you think she has the right to file a lawsuit against the 11 year old boy?
