911 Dispatcher Snores During Emergency Call [VIDEO]

In Maryland, a lady called 911 seeking help as her husband was having trouble breathing. When the call was transferred to the dispatcher the line was silent as the lady asked "hello? hello?".

Luckily another dispatcher noticed something was wrong and picked up the call to help the lady. During the entire call you can hear the dispatcher snoring loudly. About six minutes into the call the sleeping public servant woke suddenly asking "what's the address". Listen to the confusing call below.

The dispatcher was immediately removed from the floor and has been placed on administrative leave with pay. Apparently, he was 17 hours into a 24 hour over-time period when the incident occurred.
