The Arkansas High Razorbacks remain in first place in the Kicker Cup City Championship standings.

The Razorbacks lead the defending champion Pleasant Grove Hawks by one game with three left to play.

Texas High and Liberty-Eylau were officially eliminated from the Kicker Cup chase after the Razorbacks beat Little Rock McClellan 21-15 last Friday.

Arkansas High is currently 6-1, while Pleasant Grove is 5-2.

The Kicker Cup City Championship is now in its 23rd year. It goes each year to the Texarkana football team which finishes the regular season with the best over-all record.

In case of ties, we look at head to head match-ups, if the teams did not play each other then the team with the best point differential is declared the winner.

The winning team will be awarded the huge traveling trophy at it's first playoff pep rally in November.

The Kicker Cup is sponsored by Red River Federal Credit Union. Also a big thanks to Rogers Trophy who provided the cup and each year inscribes the the new winners name on the trophy.

Good luck to both the Razorbacks and Hawks in their final three games of the regular season and good luck in the playoffs this year.
