Sounds like we could use a spa day... a long spa day.

How are you feeling today? Are you stressed? Nagging tasks, strained relationships, lingering debt can all contribute to stress levels. If we can't find a healthy way to deal with that stress, it can affect our health. I'm an advocate for finding ways to decompress, whether it's beating a punching bag at the gym or taking a long bubble bath, find what works for you to limit your stress.

Especially in the state of Arkansas which has been named one of the most stressed states in the United States.

This is according to a study done by WalletHub looking at each state across the country and compiled into a list of 2018's Most & Least Stressed States. To determine which places were the most and least stressed they looked at key contributing factors like work, money, family and relationships, and health and safety. Arkansas is a top 25 contender in each of those categories. Our stress mostly comes from money and health/safety, which earned us a top five ranking in each of those categories.

Arkansas is number six on the list of Most Stressed States. Part of that comes from the fact that we have the highest percentage of adults in poor health in the nation. We also boast one of the highest percentages of people living below the poverty line and one of the highest crime rates per Capita. Not mention our number of psychologists per Capita is one of the lowest.
