Beach Blanket Bowl-A-Thon For Junior Achievement [AUDIO]

Get ready for the Junior Achievement Beach Blanket Bowl-A-Thon coming to College Bowl March 18 and March 20.

If you love to bowl, this is the perfect opportunity to show off your skills and help raise money for Junior Achievement. The program teaches kids from elementary school all the way up to high school. Subjects covered include the importance of education in the workplace, business and economic concepts and making wise financial decisions.

We talked with Kaitlyn Flanagan about the event coming up and all the important things that the Junior Achievement teaches.

Businesses can get involved by sponsoring a lane and have their company banner displayed at both events. Lane Sponsorships are $150.

All teams must register and turn in a minimum of $275 prior to their shifts to bowl at the event.

The Bowl-A-Thon is March 18 and March 20 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. each night at College Bowl at 2424 College Drive in Texarkana, Texas.
