Sometime today, a judge will hand down his decision as to whether cheerleaders at Kountze High School can display Bible verses at high school football games. I'm actually kind of torn on this issue.

On one hand, I believe these cheerleaders are well within their rights to display these signs. The school itself isn't forcing anyone to believe the Bible or study it, they're simply allowing these students to express themselves. I fail to see how this goes against the First Amendment and I think it's sad that the people in this small Texas town  are most likely going to have to bow down to political correctness because of a handful of people who are so obsessed with themselves they get offended over every little thing relating to God.

On the other hand, I don't really see the point in holding up Bible verses at football games like "If God is with us who can be against us". So, is God only with your team? Is Satan behind the other one?

What do you think?
