A Federal Magistrate has denied bond for the Northeast Texas woman accused of sending ricin laced letters to President Barack Obama and New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg.Shannon Richardson will remain behind bars until her trial, after the magistrate ruled she was a serious flight risk. Authorities accuse the New Boston, Texas woman of sending the poison laced letters, and trying to frame her husband.

Richardson is charged with two counts of threat by mail and one of threatening the President. She remains jailed after giving birth to a baby earlier this Summer.
