Carrie's baby boy is o-fish-ally one year old.
It's insane to think that Carrie Underwood has a baby one year ago. Sweet little Isaiah seems to be growing up very quickly. And despite being on tour, Carrie made time to celebrate the milestone with a fish-themed party.
Carrie shared a few photos on her Instagram. As with any baby's first birthday, there is a "smash" cake and a cake for all to enjoy. She followed tradition and posted the photos for us to see.

Before the party, Carrie told Entertainment Tonight, she had no idea what she was going to get Isaiah for his birthday. After all, he's only one.
I'm thinking the smash cake was more than enough for little man.
