Carrie Underwood may be a global superstar, but she’s still got to do chores. As a working mom, the to-do list is never-ending, and for Underwood, this means walking off stage and into her bus 'living room' to fold laundry.

Underwood posted a photo on Instagram on Tuesday night (May 4) shrugging and showing off her laundry basket filled to the brim behind her, using the hashtags “#lame” and “#somebodysgottadoit” in her caption.

The superstar is great at laughing at herself and showing the real glimpses of her everyday life in between the glamorous ones. She recently posted a video showing her “wild Saturday night,” which consisted of hanging out with her son Isaiah at home, and earlier, a photo of both her dog and her child peeking under the bathroom door, noting that she just wants to go to the bathroom in peace. She’s also shared photos in the past doing some squats with baby Isaiah — for added resistance — and her new morning routine of watching cartoons with her son. She welcomes the changes, though, as it’s clear she loves being a mom, even if it means a few shifts in her lifestyle.

Underwood performed her powerful song “Church Bells" at the ACCAs on May 1 and took home the award for Female Vocalist of the Year, which she dedicated to 10-year-old Isley Thibodeaux, a fan who was killed by a drunk driver a week prior. She’s been on her sold-out Storyteller Tour with Easton Corbin and the Swon Brothers, which wraps at the end of the month in Ontario.
