It's a new year and a lot of us have made the promise to ourselves that we will try to workout more. It's well known that Carrie Underwood has great legs and now we know how to get those legs. Carrie recently posted this video on Instagram. Talk about a great workout and no need for fancy equipment.

Heck, no need for a club membership either! This technique just uses your own body weight. As far as equipment, all you need are a couple of towels and a smooth floor surface. In the comments on her Instagram post one of her fans suggested to use paper plates if you only have carpeted surfaces at home. Great idea!
