April 6, 2012 So did you happen to catch the 47th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards the other night. Is it my imagination or has country music lost it's way on who presents the award trophies.
Blake Shelton was clearly more comfortable on stage during the ACM Awards 2012 than he was the previous year, the first time he co-hosted with Reba McEntire. It seemed like the singer was able to write some of his own jokes, or at least include jokes fans would expect to find on his Twitter page. For better or worse, the monologue and interludes had more bite than those in years past.
There were plenty of country stars who really shined at the 2012 ACM Awards when it came to fashion choices, but there were also lots of singers who fell flat. LeAnn Rimes, Sara Evans and Rascal Flatts singer Gary LeVox are just a few of the stars included in our Worst Dressed picture gallery, but they aren’t the only ones who should consider hiring new stylists (or just hiring a stylist to begin with).
