I wrote an article back in July about missing kids in the state of Texas. Sadly, there are a lot of them. So, I decided to update the list. This time, the list has a lot of kids that went missing many years ago. Their photos have been digitally age-progressed to show what they might look like today. Take a look at the pictures and see if you recognize any of them.
The "Dakotas" are Dakota James Stewart and Adrian Berry. On Wednesday, fellow DJ Wes Spicher and I were headed into Whataburger on North State Line Avenue in Texarkana when we noticed two young men outside the restaurant. They noticed the Kicker 102.5 truck and asked if we wanted to hear a song?
It's cricket mating season in Central Texas, which means at any given moment, you might hear the dull roar of "chirp chirps" or even come across thousands at a time when you go to your local gas station...
I was at Townsquare Media's "Four States ATV & Outdoor Show" over the weekend. I got a thrill out of watching the kids go for a ride around the building on the Monster Truck "The Punisher." I'm just a big kid at heart myself, so I had to see what it was like. Before I boarded this beast of a truck I got the chance to talk with driver Lance Hammonds about his childhood dream.
