Are you ready for some football?

It's that time of the year again! Time for the Taste of Home Cooking School with Culinary Specialist Jamie Dunn as she brings her latest techniques and recipes to the Four States Fairgrounds Entertainment Center on Thursday, Nov. 8 starting at 6:30 p.m.

Kicker 102.5 will broadcast live on location Thursday, Nov. 1 from 4 - 6 p.m. at the brand new Gold's Gym Express at 2700 Richmond Road near Domino's Pizza.

I was over in Hope, Ark. this past Friday afternoon for a live broadcast at Murphy USA in front of Walmart. It was nice to see such a great turn out even though we had a few sprinkles that day. Several folks came out to win great prizes during Customer Appreciation Day.

A good crowd braved the cool weather this past Saturday (Oct. 6) at the 2012 Great Texarkana Duck Paddle at Spring Lake Park to benefit Christus St. Michael Health System and the W. Temple Webber Cancer Center. Everyone waited in anticipation to see if their rubber duck would cross the finish line first to WIN the Top Duck Prize.  There were 1st through 6th place prizes awarded at the Great Texark

It's that  of year again - cooler weather, leaves turning, and time for a little fall ball. It's the annual Jeans & Bling October 13, 7 p.m. at Ramage Farms in Hooks, Texas to benefit Hospice of Texarkana and Hope.
