Main Street El Dorado, El Dorado Metals and Sewell Drilling will present country music superstar Clint Black live on Saturday, November 1st at the El Dorado Municipal Auditorium (100 W. 8th St.). The concert begins at 7 p.m. with doors opening at 6 p.m.

The University of Arkansas Community College at Hope is excited to announce one of the largest gatherings of local talent for a night of unbelievable family fun presented as Jam-N At the Hall.

Alexis Castle from the ABC hit TV show Castle will be the celebrity VIP at this year's Komen Texarkana Race for the Cure this weekend. Of course, Alexis is her character name from the crime-drama but her real name is Molly Quinn and she is a hometown southern girl from right here in Texarkana.

The weather was cool but the evening was perfect for the fifth annual Jeans & Bling this past Saturday, October 11 at Ramage Farms. The event fundraiser earned a net profit of $47,500 for Hospice of Texarkana’s Building on the Vision Campaign which supports the Hospice Inpatient Care Center which is under construction.

The 2015 Burn It Down Tour with Jason Aldean is slated for Thursday, February 19 at Centurylink Center in Bossier City, LA. Special guests include Cole Swindell, and Tyler Farr and Dee Jay Silver.

Arkansas congressman Tom Cotton who is running for a U.S. senate seat was back in Texarkana this past weekend for a free concert with native Arkansan and country star Collin Raye at the Texarkana, Arkansas Convention Center Sunday afternoon (10/12).

The Susan G. Komen Texarkana Race for the Cure is coming up this Saturday, October 18 at the Four States Fairgrounds and Bobby Ferguson Park.  And the event fundraiser kicks off Friday night (10/17) with the Party in Pink.

This is Homecoming week at Texas A&M University-Texarkana! Just in case you haven't heard, Texas A&M-Texarkana now has intercollegiate sports with women's soccer and men's and women's tennis. These students athletes have joined the campus from all over the country to play on these historic first teams and they need your support.
