The Texarkana, Ark., Police Department announced earlier today that Ricky Lacefield had "been located" after being reported missing two days ago.
On December 31, 2014 at approximately 6:20 a.m. officers were dispatched to an alarm call at a business in the 2100 block of New Boston Road. Officers observed a suspect inside the store upon their arrival.
