The Texarkana Arkansas School District Board of Education, in alignment with the recommendation from the Arkansas Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, has voted to modify the 2023- 2024 school calendar.

Have you heard the news? There is going to be a new Athletics Complex on the A&M Texarkana campus. Officials from both Texas A&M University-Texarkana and Red River Credit Union got together with students, faculty, staff, and others to reveal the details of the new RRCU Athletics Complex.

What do these cities have in common; Little Rock, Hope, Newport, Pine Bluff, Fayetteville, Mamouth Spring, Bono, Booneville, and Texarkana? They are all cities in the Great State of Arkansas, and there are probably a few other things they have in common as well. But the main thing we're alluding to here is they are all cities in Arkansas where famous Hollywood actresses were born.
