The City of Texarkana, Texas Parks & Recreation Department will be having their annual fishing derby on Feb. 21-22 at Spring Lake Park fishing dock.The fishing derby is for area special needs children and adults -FREE-BY INVITATION ONLY. The derby is from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. both Thursday and Friday Feb. 22-23.
