An Arkansas High School teacher 25-year-old Edwards Jasiel Hernandez is facing charges for alleged inappropriate relations involving a 15-year-old female student, according to Texarkana Arkansas Police.

UPDATE: Texarkana Arkansas Police updated the story Thursday afternoon that one arrest has been in the shooting that took place on March 30, in the 700 block of Artesian St in Texarkana, Arkansas.
