City Manager Search on Board Meeting Agenda

Texarkana Arkansas City Board meets tonight beginning at 6:30 at City Hall.The board of directors will have both an open public meeting and a closed executive session as well. During the executive session the city will continue to the process of searching for a new permanent City Manager.

The deadline for applying for the position is 12 noon today. The board will begin the process of how to whittle down the number of candidates. The city has had an interim City Manager since earlier this year, when Harold Boldt and the board parted ways. The public is invited to attend the open portion of tonight's meeting.
