On Sunday night President Barack Obama addressed the nation and the world that the U-S military killed Osama Bin Laden. The President said that Bin Laden was killed, after a firefight, in Pakistan. No U-S soldiers were hurt during the attack. The news comes almost ten years after the 9/11 attacks on America for which Bin Laden has been largely known for being behind, among others. Many artists took to Twitter to share their thoughts on the news and here are some of the quotes:

How about some irony: Adolf Hitler’s death was announced on May 1st, 1945, Osama Bin Laden’s death was announced on May 1st, 2011. And it was announced on May Day!
