The Dallas Cowboys are still very much alive in their quest to be in the NFL Playoffs. The Cowboys beat the Pittsburgh Steelers in overtime 27-24 on a 21 yard field goal following an interception of a Ben Rothlisberger pass. Dallas improves to 8-6 on the season and climbs into a three way tie for 1st in the NFC East with the Washington Redskins and the New York Giants.

Dallas will almost assuredly be in the playoffs if they win their next two games and could win the division with victories at home next week against the New Orleans Saints and then on the road against the Washington Redskins.

Tony Romo had another solid outing and passed the 25,000 yards passing mark for his career in the home victory. Dan Bailey's 21 yard field goal ended the overtime game.
