Do you eat nuts every day or only a few times a month? Most of us know of the laundry list of health reasons to eat nuts. But did you know that nuts can increase your longevity?

According to Outside Magazine, "a study released yesterday reports that participants who ate a handful of nuts every day were 20 percent less likely to die of heart disease, cancer, or any other cause over 30 years than those who didn't."

For those of you who aren't allergic, you might want to reconsider incorporating them into you diet so you can benefit and live longer.
