Six Flags over Texas has announced that at the end of the summer, two rides will be closing for good at the popular theme park.

After Labor Day, the Texas Chute Out will be closing along with the Flashback.

The Texas Chute Out made its debut in 1976 and has been ridden by more than 29 million people.

The Flashback has been in operation since 1989 and has been ridden by over 17 million visitors.
