Entire Los Angeles Neighborhood Syncs Music to Christmas Lights [WATCH]

It's one thing to have your neighbors put up tons of Christmas lights and sync them with a music show. It's another thing when an entire L.A. neighborhood gets in on the action and syncs the music.
