The Educational Opportunity Center at Texarkana College is hosting a Cinco de Mayo Event, presenters from local universities will be present. There will be Authentic Mexican Food, Folkloric dancers, Bounce House, Best Mexican Outfit Contest, Grito Contest, among many other activities for the whole family! Event will take place at Texarkana College Parking Lot.
