Texas A&M University-Texarkana will celebrate its fall 2016 commencement ceremony tonight, Friday, December 9, at 6:30PM at the Perot Theatre in Texarkana.

A total of 265 students from August and December 2016 will receive master’s and baccalaureate degrees. Approximately 200 students are expected to participate in the ceremony.

Dr. Emily Cutrer, president of A&M-Texarkana, and Dr. Gary Stading, interim provost and vice president for Academic and Student Affairs, will present the candidates and confer the master’s and baccalaureate degrees.

Dr. Bill McHenry, dean of Graduate Studies and Research at A&M-Texarkana, will present academic hoods to recipients of master’s degrees.
