Garth Brooks has announced his plan to return to San Jose for the first time in 18 years.

The country superstar, alongside his wife, Trisha Yearwood, will hit California's third most heavily populated city on Friday, Nov. 13 and Saturday, Nov. 14 at the SAP Center in San Jose.

That weekend's shows are a part of the ongoing Garth Brooks World Tour, which kicked off last fall. This tour marks the 53-year-old legend's return to touring after he took a break of more than a decade to focus on raising his family.

So far Brooks' tour has been monumentally successful. He has sold out multiple nights in many of the cities the trek has run through. He recently earned the top spot of any country artist on Forbes’ list of the top-earning celebrities, while Pollstar crowned him the top touring country artist for the first half of 2015.

The tour is helping to promote his latest full-length project, Man Against Machinewhich debuted in the fall of 2014. His live shows not only play cuts off that record, but also the hits that have cemented him as a country superstar today. Yearwood, who released PrizeFighter: Hit After Hit, in November of 2014, is also playing new music in the shows.

Tickets for the San Jose concerts will go on sale Oct. 9  at 10AM PDT exclusively via Ticketmaster, or by calling Ticketmaster Express at 1-866-448-7849 or 1-800-745-3000, with an eight-ticket limit per purchase.
