Glow on the Row Trick-or-Treating and Harvest Festival Oct.31

It's just a few weeks away from Halloween and as many of you start to plan your outings for trick or treating, how about a fun little trip to Hot Springs, Arkansas for "Glow on the Row" Trick-or Treating and Harvest Festival on October 31.

Bath House Row in the historic district of Downtown Hot Springs will come alive with all sorts of treats and fun during this Harvest Festival that runs from 4-8PM.

2,000 pounds of candy will be handed out including 18,000 glow sticks. There will also be a costume contest, face painting, inflatables, balloon animals, live music and plenty of food will be available via several food trucks that will be set up.

Parking is free in the Parking Garage and all of Exchange Street will be blocked off for all of the festivities.
