Harold Boldt is Back as Texarkana Arkansas City Manager – Agree or Disagree? [POLL]

Even though Harold Boldt has officially been rehired as Texarkana Arkansas City Manager effective immediately, the debate and turmoil at Texarkana Arkansas City Hall continues.

In a 4 to 3 vote, the City Board approved an employment contract for Harold Boldt, who is now both former and current City Manager for Texarkana Arkansas. Mr. Boldt will be back on the job immediately but it is expected to be a rocky transition at best.
