Have You Ever Eaten Escargot?

Today is National Escargot Day. For those of you wondering just what "Escargot" is, it's....SNAILS. Blech. I have a pretty open mind and will try most anything at least once but I am not so sure about snails. Ok, I would try it once, if someone else ordered it and paid for it and only made me try one.
