Let's face it... Christmas hits you harder than Santa's sleigh with all its reindeer. There are decorations, food, shopping, music and a chill in the air. We practically hit all five of the senses to stir up some holiday feelings. It's holly and it's jolly. It's merry and it's bright. It's starting to bum you out.

It's called the Holiday Burnout and more people experience it than you think.

In fact, a recent survey by Slumber Cloud has found that one in three people experience this holiday burnout due to stress. From the gatherings to the food, to just making Christmas special. It's enough to make you rip your hair out.

Surprisingly, simple things like spending time with family didn't make the list. Most of the items on this list can be chalked up to Christmas commercialism. Maybe it's time we simplified things a bit and stopped trying to have the perfect Christmas to post on social media.
