You liked to be scared? Well, Halloween is not here yet but Hot Springs, Ark. is getting ready for the Hot Springs Horror Film Festival this weekend. Starting today (9/26) through Sunday the film festival will feature special screenings of horror flicks, Q & A sessions with filmmakers and panelists. Actor Tyler Maine, a former WCW wrestler known as Nitron, had a role in the movie X-Men and also starred as the bogeyman  in Rob Zombie's "Halloween." He will be one of the guest this weekend.  A new film starring Maine,  "Compound Fracture,"  will be shown at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Central Theater located in downtown Hot Springs.

"Halloween" actress Tamara Glynn is hostess of the film fest. Most of this weekend's events will be at Central Theater and at the Hot Springs Convention Center. Admission is $10 for a single event, $25 at the door for one day, or $45 for the entire festival. Special VIP passes will also be available starting at $85 with the $95 gold pass that includes the chance to be in a walk-on role in the next horror movie with Tyler Maine.
