Sparks in the Park is coming up this Saturday, June 30, from 4PM until 10PM at the Four States Fairgrounds in Texarkana.  The stage has been set for a fun-filled evening of fireworks and entertainment from local band, Relentless.

Relentless has been performing Red Dirt and Texas Country for several years all over Texarkana and the region. Playing a lot of today's County hits with a mixture of southern rock you can always bet they will get the crowd amped up. Relentless consists of newlyweds  Duane Torres and Tifani Halter who not only make a dynamic couple but a dynamic duo when they perform on stage. Their passion for music shines through on stage whether it's something they wrote or a cover song they are doing. Relentless likes keeping it in the family too, as Duane's dad plays drums for the band.

According to their website, you get the privilege to hear the band's heart and soul poured out in their original music. The band recently released their first album Bear the Pain that features the song, "Arkansas," but it was the song "Bear The Pain" that got Tifani a little emotional while talking to me about the meaning behind the song.

When Duane was approached to be our featured entertainment at this year's Sparks in the Park, he was excited and jumped at the opportunity to play for an event that celebrates our nation's Independence.

Relentless Band Members:
