Ah! It's National Relaxation Day! How do you relax? Unplug from it all? Kinda hard when your at work. Here are some great ways to relax even if it's just for a few minutes.

7. Listen to some soothing music

6. Take a nap (just another reason for a nap room at work!)

5. Get a message, facial or pedicure!  Ahh!

4. Find a quiet spot and read a good book

3. Go for a walk and breath that fresh air!

2. Tonight take a bubble bath!

1. Meditate for a few minutes.
