It’s the Teary-Eyed Gum Commercial You Never Saw Coming [VIDEO]

Extra has put together quite the tear-jerker.

It's not uncommon to cry during commercials. Shoot. If it's a military commercial of any kind, I'm balling 15 seconds in. Especially when it has to do with our brave men and women returning home from war.

But a gum commercial?

Gum is a recreational activity. I chew gum every single day. It makes my breath smell good, it whitens my smile... Never has a stick of gum made me cry.

Until now.

Extra has constructed the most emotional minute and fifty-seven seconds of commercial viewing that I have witnessed in quite some time. It's a love story between Sarah and Juan. In big moments and small, these two have shared a piece of Extra gum. It always Sarah giving a piece to Juan.

Little does she know that he has been using the wrappers to document all of those moments in cute little drawings. Until he decides to take their love to the next level.
