Keep A Close Eye on Small Children and Pets

An unwelcome "Big Cat' has been spotted around the Northridge Area of Texarkana, Texas.The animal services unit of the city has strongly recommended that citizens use extra safety precautions to protect small children and pets. Be watchful even in the back yard for this "bobcat" or whatever predatory animal it is.

Authorities speculate this animal and any others that might be spotted are coming from wooded areas into the neighborhood looking for food and water. Citizens are advised not to leave any food items outside that might attract stray animals.
