Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman have finally sold their charming farm house outside of Nashville.

Variety reports that the country superstar and his actress wife got $2.7 million for the 5,086-square-foot, four bedroom home in Franklin, Tenn., a rural community 30 minutes outside of Nashville that is home to many country stars. The couple originally listed the property two years ago for $3.45 million, and have since dropped their asking price several times. Urban and Kidman bought the house and land for $2.45 million in two transactions in 2007.

While it's not the kind of opulent mansion one might picture as the home of two superstars, the farm house is beautifully well-appointed. The listing with French and King touted the property as very private, with a "renovated and expanded brick farmhouse and guest cottage."

The master bedroom features a very large walk-in closet, and the property also includes a gym, recreation rooms, an office and a three-car garage, as well as a utility barn. The house sits on 35 acres of pastoral, rural land, and the property is gated for even more privacy.

Variety reports that Urban and Kidman own an impressive slate of other high-end homes all over the world, including a 12,000-square-foot mansion in one of Nashville’s most prestigious neighborhoods; a penthouse in Sydney, Australia; a contemporary home in Beverly Hills; and a duplex condo in the pricey Chelsea neighborhood of New York City.
