Kelly Clarkson's second Miracle on Broadway benefit concert is set to take place Friday (Dec. 16) at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena. The star-studded show, which will include performances by Reba McEntire, Kelsea Ballerini, Hunter Hayes, RaeLynn and more (Ronnie Dunn, who was originally scheduled to perform, has canceled his appearance due to illness), will benefit several local charities, and is a way for Clarkson to do something good with her love of the holiday season.

"I am in love with Christmas, first of all; I love Christmas music," Clarkson recently shared with The Boot and other reporters. "I know tons of people that would love to help, they just don't know how or what to do ... That's why we're trying to pick a few different [charities] every year, for Nashvillians, for everybody to know what you can invest in.

"Sometimes people have a few low points and need a little help, and then they're back to where they were before, in a year or two," she adds. "It's an important thing, I think, for every community to do."

Clarkson is especially excited about the stars who eagerly signed up to be a part of the show this year.

"Kelsea and RaeLynn moved their schedules to be a part of it," Clarkson shares. "It's awesome to live in a community where there are a lot of artists living here ... I'm super excited about the lineup. I have a lot of songs to learn."

The Miracle on Broadway event will also feature a food drop-off area at each entrance, for concertgoers to donate non-perishable goods.

"At the 2014 Miracle on Broadway, nearly one ton of food was collected," Clarkson recalls, and the event raised more than $400,000 for its charity benefactors. "So there's so much food that we have in our own pantries that we're never going to eat ... It's amazing how much we collected as a community last time for these people."

The 2016 Miracle on Broadway show will benefit Abe's Garden, the Nashville Public Library Foundation, the Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, the W.O. Smith School of Music and the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee. Tickets for the event begin at $26 and are available through Ticketmaster.
