Kentucky Man Charged in Local Armed Robbery

Texarkana, Arkansas Police say a Kentucky man is behind bars after a local hold up.Authorities were called to a convenience store in the 700 block of Hickory Street. The clerk said that a white male suspect had entered the store and demanded money, indicated he was armed and fled on foot with an undetermined amount of cash.

Less than 24 hours after the investigation began, Arkansas side police were able to detain the suspect identified as 40 year old Gregory Gutowski. He is being held in the Bi-State Justice Center Jail.
