Local Personalities Take No Shave November to Heart

In a recent survey 82% of women say that they love a man with a beard, long as the man grooms his beard. According to the women surveyed, they said a man with a beard is very manly and masculine. So with that in mind, this month is "No Shave November" an annual tradition that raises awareness by embracing our hair, which many cancer patients lose.

Jim and I have joined the cause and we are asking our listeners that if you could donate the money you normally spend on razors, shaving cream and grooming supplies for a month to educate about cancer prevention and help those fighting for their lives that would be great.

We're not asking for much just $1 each or more to help the children at St. Jude Research Hospital. Our thought is, if we can get enough of our Kicker listeners to donate without breaking their pocketbooks we could raise quiet a bit of money by the end of the month.

(Donate Here) and remember the fundraiser site will ask for an additional dollar but that is optional you can decline by using the edit. Over the past few years $396,000 has been raised for St. Jude kids and we need your help to raise more money this year.

The first pics were taken this past Monday November 3 with just a couple of days growth for Jim & Mario. We will update it on Monday November 10 and add Jeff to it.

Our fuzzies may not look pretty but it is certainly worth the cause! Please help us raise money for St. Jude's with "No Shave November".
