Lisa and Mario Showing Off Their New Hats For The Parade Monday Night

Leave it to Andi Darby to fix us all up with new hats for the Christmas parade, thanks Andi. Although a couple of them didn't work out quite the way it was planned.

There area many things that we do to get ready for the big Christmas parade every year. Mario takes 20 to 30 minutes at least to hook up the lights. Then Lisa and I simply show up, and voila, we have a parade vehicle with people in it. Now what?

That's when we have to have a little fun while waiting to be next to roll out before the masses. Sometimes, things get a little silly as you may have guessed.

We found out pretty quickly that the new hats would not do their bouncing thing inside the truck. Well they did, but not the full side-to-side jump, more of an up and down thump!

Thanks to all who came out last night. It was a tremendous turn out of Christmas revelers.
