Local Bar Paying Big Money to Karaoke Contest Winners

Love to sing karaoke? Like to win money? One local bar is ponying up $2500 worth of prize money to find the area's best karaoke singers.

For the next seven weeks, each Tuesday night (excluding Christmas day) the Roadmap Bar on East Street in Texarkana is inviting singers to come qualify for their next "Roadmap Legends" karaoke contest which will be held on Tuesday, February 5th.

Five singers each week will qualify for the finals and win $25.00 each, then on February 5th the 30 qualifiers will gather together to sing for their share of the $2500 prize The grand prize winner will take home $1000.00!

Karaoke starts each Tuesday night at 8 p.m. with the contest beginning at roughly 9:30 p.m. You can't win if you don't enter!
