So I think we sort of hit a lull period at the cinema this weekend. There's not much in the way of blockbuster-type movies coming out. If you want action/drama, a horror sequel, or an 80s remake of 'Silent Night' about a Santa serial killer, that's what you'll find at the box office this weekend.  Not much choice, but I think I'll go with the Brad Pitt action flick!

'Killing Them Softly' stars Brad Pitt in an adaptation of the acclaimed novel 'Cogan's Trade,' a story about a mob enforcer called in to investigate the heist of a poker game.

'The Collection' is a sequel to the horror hit 'The Collector,' bringing you further into the world of the sinister Collector and all of his brutal traps. When a young woman is kidnapped, it's up to the lone survivor of the first film to rescue her.

A remake of the 80s Santa-slasher classic, 'Silent Night,' follows a sheriff and his deputy as they track down a killer dressed as Santa Claus.
