The summer movie season is in full swing this weekend with a couple of new movies. If you saw "Olympus Has Fallen" back in March, then you are going to love "White House Down" another drama/action flick that stars Jamie Foxx and Channing Tatum. Also, Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy star in an action/comedy "The Heat" directed by Paul Feig (Bridesmaids). Although I want to see them both "White House Down" is my choice this weekend.

'The Heat'

This buddy-cop comedy with a female twist features a hard-nosed, by-the-book FBI agent teaming with a vulgar, instinct-oriented loose cannon from the Boston P.D. to take down a drug kingpin.

Directed by Paul Feig

Starring Sandra Bullock, Melissa McCarthy, Demián Bichir, Marlon Wayans

'White House Down'

When a huge explosion rocks the White House, one daring cop must fight his way through the rubble and help save the president—and his own daughter—from the mysterious attackers.

Directed by Roland Emmerich

Starring Jamie Foxx, Channing Tatum, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Richard Jenkins
