Could you do this? What modern convenience could you unplug? A couple of years ago I decided to get rid of texting on my phone. It was tough at first but I have now been text-free for over two years!

For six months, she took away the Internet, TV, iPods, cell phones and video games. The eerie glow of screens stopped lighting up the family room.
