Most Hilarious Police Chase Ever [VIDEO]

It's been around a while, but I was recently reminded of the funniest police chase ever. I would call it "hot pursuit" if it wasn't for all of the ice.

The criminals can't get any traction so one gets out to push. Then a cop gets out of his cruiser to push his car... Why wouldn't he just walk over and arrest the guy?
