Scientists in England have concluded that height-to-waist ratio, rather than body mass index (BMI), is a better indicator of high blood pressure, diabetes and cardiovascular problems.

The scientists studied 300,000 people and found that people should keep their waist measurement to half of their height. So, since I'm 6'-3" (75"), then my waist should be no larger than 37.5".

Great.. now the schools are going to have to trash all of their BMI publications, posters, etc and replace them with H2W (I made that up) posters.
