Movies in The Park – ‘Paddington 2′ Showing This Thursday

The Texarkana, Texas Parks and Recreation Department invites you out this Thursday evening for another addition of "Movies in the Park."

The movie "Paddington 2" is this weeks movie of choice to watch. If you haven't seen this movie it is a great movie for the entire family to see. Here's a quick synopsis about the movie from IMDB.

"Paddington, now happily settled with the Brown family and a popular member of the local community picks up a series of odd jobs to buy the perfect present for his Aunt Lucy's 100th birthday, only for the gift to be stolen."

The movie will begin around dusk, 7-8PM in a vacant field across from the airplane at Spring Lake Park.  Movies in the Parks are free! No alcohol or smoking allowed.

Bring a blanket or a folding chair and some food if you like. A food concession stand will also be available.
