Nasal Ranger Used To Determine Odor Level Of Marijuana [VIDEO]

According to the Arkansas News and Huffington Post, Arkansas and Texas have yet to legalize the use of marijuana.

But some residents of Colorado are finding the odor of it unpleasant. Complaints have been filed to the Denver Department of Environmental Health to investigate the claims.

The Denver Department of Environmental Health is using a device called the Nasal Ranger to determine the strength of the odor in the air. So far no marijuana facilities or private properties have violated the odor ordinance since it's inception in 1994.
