New Survey And Funny Classic Movie Show How Men And Women See Colors Differently [VIDEO]

I heard about a recent survey that asked women to describe different shades of color. Women were very descriptive in their wording, men not so much.

It's no surprise that women used the words like eggplant, periwinkle and dusty rose. It's also no surprise than men described those same shades of colors as Purple, Blue and Pink.

It made me think of the Cary Grant movie "Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House."  Below is one of my favorite scenes! Watch Mrs. Blandings, played by Myrna Loy, as she goes in to great depth explaining to the contractor the colors she wants to paint certain rooms in their new house.
